- You'll need to get any approvals required by your HOA. Most HOAs require a plot plan showing where your fence will be installed. If you'd like to send us your plot plan, we can mark it for you so you can send in with your HOA application.
- You'll need to call 811 to mark utility lines in the front, rear and sides of your property a week before your installation. Electric, gas and cable utilities should be marked.
- Some cities require certain permits. If yours does, let us know and we can work together to get that squared away.

Yes. We can tear down old fences for a fee. Let us know when we come to do your estimate that you're interested in this service.

Yes. 50% of your project cost is due when you sign our agreement. The other half is due once your project is complete.
